Water seal

Old houses often have problems with moisture. The most common problems are walls with rising damp and cellars with water infiltration. These issues are often caused by high air humidity, moisture coming through the concrete foundation and leaks. The result is that you get mould and rotting of the substrate, which has a negative effect on the health.

We can provide a solution according to the type of problem. For instance, we have cement that can be used to make cellars watertight, water reservoirs, showers, etc. For active water leaks, we use quick-hardening sealing mortar that immediately stops the infiltration of water through cracks, joints and holes. With rising damp, we apply the principle of injection. This entails drilling holes into the wall that are filled with gel or liquid.
