Gyproc: Outstanding dry construction system
Gyproc drywall panels are boards for interior finishing. They have a core made of non-flammable gypsum sandwiched between sheets of thick paper. Depending on the application, the panels are distinguished by their composition and form of the long edges. Each panel has its own colour depending on the system. For instance, specific systems have been developed with increased fire safety, moisture resistance, impact resistance and increased acoustic comfort.
Gyproc drywall panels often offers a perfect alternative to finish interior walls as a secondary wall to quickly make an uneven wall surface nice and straight, as a partition wall to create compartments in a large space, for finishing attics, finishing timber frame structures, etc.
This ecologically responsible product falls under the category of “dry construction”, and provides a rapid decorative solution to finish many different substrates for the handy DIYer as well as professionals. After all, drywall can be either glued or installed completely freestanding from the substrate, on straight and angled walls and for ceilings.
